The 2.0L F4 - Turbo with 278 hp (207 kW) in the Forza series is a small capacity flat engine that can be swapped onto many compact cars. It originates from the Subaru Impreza WRX STi (2004).

Costing 15,000 CR and offering 278 hp (207 kW) in stock form and 574 hp (428 kW) maxed out, the 2.0L F4 - Turbo is a cheap option for lower class rally racing, however in higher classes it may struggle.
