The 1968 Abarth 595 esseesse is a classic supermini built by Abarth. It appears in Forza Horizon and Forza Horizon 2.
Description
- "What it lacks in power and refinement it makes up for in character and likability. The Abarth 500 is an reverse-engineered VW Bug designed by Italians for Italians. But you don’t have to be from Italy to appreciate its glorious sound and adorable form. The Cinquecento is an acquired taste but, like most good things, once you have acquired a taste for them they become a part of you." - Forzamotorsport.net description for Forza Horizon[1] and Forza Horizon 2[2]

Vehicle Characteristics
The vehicle is quite small, if not the smallest in the game. This coupled with its RR layout and extremely light weight gives it decent handling and braking, even when fully upgraded. Stock, it packs a pitiful 2 cylinder putting out no more than 40 horsepower, this gives it an extremely low top speed and a frustrating 0-60 time of over 20 seconds, which completely removes performance from this car's equation. As mentioned before, when fully upgraded, The car still retains its acceptable handling characteristics and becomes quite fast due to its being able to mount the Inline 4 from the Abarth 500. However, at high speeds, the handling can become sensitive and the car will roll if slid too hard due to its extremely short wheelbase (although this can be quite fun at the same time!) All in all, in its stock form, This "little engine that could", leaves much to be desired, when upgraded however, this quite cheap little machine becomes a sensitive but fast and agile mini racer ready to tear through what the Horizon Festival has in store.
Trivia
- The 595 esseesse has the lowest Performance Index number in both Horizon titles. This is also the only car in the Entire history of Forza to mount a two cylinder engine
