The 2019 Aston Martin Vantage - abbreviated as "AM Vantage '19" - is a rear-wheel drive sports car by Aston Martin.

It appears in Forza Horizon 4 as part of the Car Pass since November 22, 2018 and all subsequent main series titles.

Synopsis[]

Unveiled on November 21, 2017, the Vantage was developed as a replacement for the previous Vantage sports cars. It started production in 2018.

Its first iteration, the Vantage V8 Coupe, features a design inspired by the track-only Aston Martin Vulcan, specially at the front grille, and the DB10, which was featured in the 2015 James Bond film Spectre.

Despite being built around the same bonded aluminium architecture of the DB11, it is shorter, significantly lighter and features new components for roughly 70% of the car. The Vantage also has its engine fitted back behind the front axle, achieving 50:50 front/rear weight distribution,[1] and is the first Aston Martin production car to feature an electronically controlled differential with torque vectoring.

Other versions include the track-focused Vantage AMR, the Vantage Roadster, the F1 Edition and V12-powered models, as well as GTE, GT3, GT4 and DTM racing variants.

Performance[]

Powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged M177 V8 engine by Mercedes-AMG fitted to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission, the Vantage has a power output of 503 hp (375 kW) and 505 ft·lb (685 N·m) of torque, being capable of accelerating from 0 - 60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 195 mph (314 km/h).[2]
