"Audi’s hotter version of the well-proportioned A5 coupe is not only attractive and luxurious, it’s also a strong performer (as you might expect from any vehicle wearing Audi’s “S” badge). Thank Audi’s styling wizard Walter de’Silva for the exterior, and Audi’s relentless competition with other high-end manufacturers and a decades-long love affair with all-wheel drive for the performance aspect. The brand new chassis is highly rigid, as well providing a longer wheelbase than previous Audis thanks to cleaver positioning of drivetrain components, allowing for better weight distribution but also less front overhang—a feature that helps the S5 corner more effectively, as well as improving the clean lines of the car. Power is provided by a supple and strong 4-liter V8, and with 349 horsepower it’s not surprising that performance is exceptional—the large coupe takes less than 5 seconds to exceed 60 mph. And it looks good doing it, too."

The 2007 Audi S5 is an AWD sports car by Audi that debuted in Forza Motorsport 2 as part of the March Car Pack and as standard in Forza Motorsport 3 and Forza Motorsport 4.

Synopsis[]

The Audi S5 Coupe was revealed on March 6th, 2007 alongside the regular Audi A5 Coupe. It gets quad exhaust tips on the rear bumper and a vertically striped chrome grille as well as standard Quattro all-wheel drive. It is based on the B8 Audi S4. From 2009 onwards, the S5 was also available as a Convertible and as a Sportback as well as having a 3.0l supercharged V6 under the hood.

In late 2011, the S5 Coupe recieved a facelift and ditched the V8 for a supercharged V6. The S5 Coupe was replaced by a new S5 Coupe in 2016.
