Automobili Pininfarina GmbH is the automotive arm of Italian design firm Pininfarina, owned by Mahindra and Mahindra, and headquartered in Munich, Germany.
The company was launched on April 13, 2018 at the 2018 Formula E Rome ePrix, with their first production vehicle, an all-electric high-performance sports car - named the Battista after Pininfarina's founder Battista Farina - was announced the same month, initially codenamed the PF0.
