Ben Miller is a character in Forza Horizon 2.
He is the host of the Horizon Festival located in Southern France / Northern Italy.
In Forza Horizon 5, during the "Horizon Europe" chapter of the "Horizon Origins" story, Scott Tyler mentions that Ben stepped down from the Horizon Europe festival and is selling hot dogs at the Horizon UK festival.
