"Eliminate a car at least 5 levels lower than you in a Head-to-Head race."

Bully is an achievement in Forza Horizon 4 since Update 17.

It can be unlocked by eliminating a car that is at least 5 levels less than Player in a Head-to-Head race in The Eliminator.

Guide

Playing the Eliminator (gamemode in which this achievement is unlocked) requires owning Xbox Game Pass Core or Ultimate on console.

Getting a high-level car is purely luck based. If the Player gets a level 6 car, they can go to find another player driving a MINI Cooper S, which is the lowest rated car. If the Player find another driving this MINI, they have to race against him in a Head-to-Head race. If he wins, he will get this achievement.

However, if for some reason the other player in the MINI wins, then they will get the Underdog achievement.

Since there aren't many Players playing this gamemode "Boosting" is possible, in which the Player gets a friend or another account to complete this achievement.
