The 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport is a front-engined sports car featured in Forza Motorsport 2, Forza Motorsport 3 and Forza Motorsport 4. It was replaced by the 1995 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 in newer titles.

Synopsis

Named after the 1963 Corvette Grand Sport race car, the 1996 Grand Sport was introduced in 1996 shortly before the production end of the C4 Corvette. Planned as a final send-off for the C4 Corvette, it was exclusively available in a special paint job including white and red stripe graphics, and a redesigned small-block V8 engine with 330 hp (246 kW).[1]

The Grand Sport name was reintroduced in 2010 for the C6 Corvette.
