The 2014 Chevrolet Super Sport - abbreviated as SuperSport '14 and Chevy SuperSport - is a sports sedan by Chevrolet that debuted in the Falken Tire Car Pack for Forza Horizon 2 and appears in all subsequent Forza main titles up until Forza Motorsport 7.

Synopsis

The Super Sport, also known as Chevrolet SS, was a rebadged variant of the Holden Commodore that was imported to the North American market. It was the first rear-wheel drive sedan by General Motors after the discontinuation of the Pontiac G8 GXP in 2009. After Holden shut down its manufacturing plant in 2017, production for the Super Sport stopped as well.

Variants

Forza Edition

The Forza Edition is an upgraded variant featured with a 30% CR boost and an additional 30% CR when racing at Sonoma Raceway. It is customized with black matte paint in combination with various parts painted red that include side mirrors, aftermarket and its gurney flap.

It was rewarded in the Competitive Edge Forzathon event.

Its 6.2L V8 engine has been available as an Engine Swap option for various cars in the Forza series since Forza Horizon 3. It replaces the previous 6.2L V8 of the Corvette '14 and the 5.7L V8 of the Chevy Camaro '02.
