"Forza Horizon players are already familiar with how DeBerti can truly transform both the looks and performance of a vehicle with unique and outlandish modifications. Their conversion of the Ford Super Duty F-250 might just be their biggest and most unforgettable build ever! It’s called the 'Transformer' for a reason with utility bedsides that can be unlocked to reveal additional stowage compartments. While the factory fitted 6.7-liter diesel engine remains under the hood, DeBerti made extensive modifications to achieve 850 brake horsepower and ensured the truck was all-terrain ready with a robust suspension system, high-visibility LED beacons and massive 37-inch tires. The load bed is also fully custom with two spare wheels at disposal and a pull-out utility box so you can always have the tools necessary to Explore the Horizon."—Official description[1]
The 2019 DeBerti Ford Super Duty F-250 Lariat 'Transformer' - abbreviated as "DeBerti F-250" - is a pre-tuned rear-wheel drive extreme offroader by DeBerti based on a Ford Super Duty F-250.
It appears in Forza Horizon 5 as part of Series 21.
Synopsis[]
Based on a Ford Super Duty F-250 Lariat 4x4 Crew Cab, it was unveiled at the 2018 SEMA show[2]. Developed by Doug and Brad DeBerti, it's main feature is the truck's "toolbox in disguise" present in the utility bed, hidden in the rear fenders when in "Stealth" mode, and when lifted upwards, reveals a bed stocked full of hand tools and a storage beneath the fiberglass fenders. The rear bumper can also be pulled out "like a giant drawer"[3], however this feature is not present in Forza Horizon 5.
Performance[]
The truck is powered by a modified 6.7-liter PowerStroke V8 twin-turbo diesel engine, paired to a 6-speed TorqShift automatic transmission, generating close to 900 hp (671 kW) and 1200 ft·lb (1627 N·m) of torque. It also features upgraded suspension, springs, shocks, tires and wheels.
