"Remember the days when American muscle was purely about straight line speed and knock-you-back-in-your-seat acceleration? Those days have returned in the 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392. 470 horsepower, a pistol grip shifter, and enough torque (470 lb-ft) to make that smile on your face permanent; that’s what muscle cars are really about. Although give the Challenger its due in the handling department, too; for a car weighing more than 4,100 pounds, it sticks to the pavement like glue. Harkening back to its original form, the car is available in rare and special colors like “Green with Envy.” So if you’re looking the muscle of the past combined with the comfort and technology of today the Challenger SRT8 392 has got you covered."—forzamotorsport.net[1]
