Synopsis[]
The Durango SRT Hellcat is the top trim level of the third generation Dodge Durango, and was produced in 2021 and 2023.
Its main feature is the 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8 engine from the Hellcat models, and paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission, produces 710 hp (529 kW), three more horses than the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, and 645 ft·lb (875 N·m) of torque, becoming the most powerful SUV yet.
Aside from Hellcat and SRT badges and sportier wheels, the Durango SRT Hellcat also features additional cooling vents, a new exhaust system, new Brembo brakes, a refreshed interior, and a revised adaptive suspension.[2]
Performance[]
The Durango SRT Hellcat can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.5 seconds, clear a quarter-mile in 12.0 seconds and reach a top speed of 180 mph (290 km/h).[3] It can also tow up to 8700 lb (3946 kg), more than any other mid-size crossover SUV.[4]
