The 2010 Ferrari 599XX is a pre-tuned supercar by Ferrari.
It appears in Forza Motorsport 3 as part of the Hot Holidays Car Pack, Forza Motorsport 4 and Forza Horizon.
It returned in Forza Horizon 3 with the February 2017 update and appears in all subsequent main series titles, and its addition to Forza Horizon 5 as part of Series 13 and to Forza Motorsport (2023) as part of Update 6.0.
Synopsis[]
The 599XX is a track-only car that was developed as part of Ferrari's XX Programmes.
Using the 599 GTB Fiorano as a base, it is powered by a six liter V12 engine with the rev limiter raised to 9000 rpm, allowing it to exceed 700 hp (522 kW). However, its power is only rated at 691 hp (515 kW) in the Forza series.
In order to improve its cornering abilities, the 599XX features a high number of weight reduction measures that include lightened engine components and various carbon fibre applications.[2]
After its debut in 2010, it was also made available as the 599 GTO in road-legal form. An evolution package for the 599XX became available in 2011.
Performance[]
Having less weight than its road-going counterparts, it offers the best overall performance of the 599 series after the Evoluzione. Due to short gearing and a platform set up specifically for handling, it sacrifices top speed - which is 206 mph (332 km/h) - for maximum cornering grip.

The 2010 Ferrari 599 GTO is the production variant of the 599XX featured in all Motorsport titles since Forza Motorsport 4, as well as in Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Horizon 4.
599XX Evolution[]

The 2012 Ferrari 599XX Evolution is an upgraded track variant that debuted in Forza Horizon as part of the October Car Pack. It returned as post-launch content in Forza Motorsport 7 since the February 2019 update and Forza Horizon 4 since Update 8.
