The 2024 Ford Mustang GT3 is a GT3 race car by Ford.
It appears in Forza Motorsport (2023) as part of the Racing Heroes Car Pack, which debuted as part of Update 20.
Synopsis[]
Unveiled in June 2023, the Ford Mustang GT3 is a race car produced by Ford Performance and Multimatic Motorsports according to GT3 regulations. This is the first introduction of the Mustang to the GT3 regulations.
The Mustang GT3 is powered by a 5.4-liter naturally-aspirated Ford Coyote V8 that outputs 550 hp (410 kW), coupled to a rear-mounted transaxle XTRAC 6-speed sequential manual transmission. The car also features short-long arm suspension, multimatic DSSV dampers and a unique aero package[1].
At first, the Mustang GT3 experienced issues with aerodynamics, along with tough races, but managed to achieved 3rd place at the 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans. It achieved further success in the 2025 season, with the car winning the 2025 24 Hours of Daytona[2].
