The 2020 Formula Drift #91 BMW M2, abbreviated as "No.91 BMW M2", is a high-performance drift car based on a BMW M2 Coupé and driven by Yves Meyer as the #91 car in Formula Drift.
Synopsis[]
With a BMW M2 as as a base, Yves Meyer's M2 is one of two M2 "Eurofighters" built by HGK Motorsport and bought from Kristaps Bluss in 2018.
Bought for his racing team - The Drift Force - both cars are fitted with a 6.2L LS7 V8. After competing in the 2018 FIA Intercontinental Drifting Cup and 2019 Drift Kings International Series, Yves Meyer joined the 2020 Formula Drift season.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Yves Meyer was only able to compete in two events of the 2020 Formula Drift season in the United States of America, but was able to compete in the 2021 season.
