The Car Pass is a downloadable discount pass made available for the PC and Xbox One releases of Forza Horizon 3. It was made available for purchase on September 23, 2016, but is also included as part of the Ultimate Edition release of Forza Horizon 3.
The pass discounts the price of six downloadable car packs for Forza Horizon 3 released that were released monthly from October 2016 to March 2017, and allows an owner of the pass to download the included car packs for free.
All six car packs culminate to a total of forty-two cars, with each pack including seven cars.
It does not include any expansions, Forzathon rewards, Horizon Edition cars, promotional cars, or gift cars released during the car pass' time frame nor any car packs released after March 2017.
