A Barn Find is a collectable car in Forza Horizon 4 and in the LEGO Speed Champions expansion that can be discovered in the world after receiving a Barn Find Rumor.

Characteristics

Barn Finds are abandoned cars left in undisclosed locations. They can be discovered after the player receives a Barn Find Rumor by Jaimin or Alex that highlights the car's possible location within a circled area on the map with the Barn Find symbol .

Upon discovery of the barn, in which the car is stored, it will be sent to the player's garage for restoration. Players become notified once the restoration has been completed, and will unlock the car for use when they return to the garage.

Similar to every other car, Barn Finds can be customized and driven in the world or in any event they are permitted to. However, in order to remove a Barn Find from the garage, players must sell them in the Auction House, as they cannot be deleted from the garage. All Barn Finds have a Legendary rarity.

• In the pre-loaded data files of the game, the 1977 Volkswagen Golf GTI is listed as a Barn Find, which has been replaced by the 1961 Jaguar E-type S1 in the final release. The former is featured in the final release as the 1983 Volkswagen Golf GTI, an Autoshow car.
