The Winter / Dry Season is the third season of Series 29 in Forza Horizon 5, held from January 18, 2024 at 14:30 (UTC) to January 25, 2024 at 14:30 (UTC).
Players can earn up to 73 points (PTS) from season completion rewards by winning Forzathon challenges, seasonal events, challenges, and monthly events listed in the Festival Playlist. Points earned during a season contribute towards total points for the player's overall series progression.
Events listed during the season in the Festival Playlist can only be completed during their period of availability. Players can not earn points for a season either before or after it is available, although monthly events completed during any season count as a completion in all seasons of a series.
Completed goals in a Festival Playlist for a season are highlighted in gold.
As players earn points by completing seasonal goals, they can earn two rewards by accumulating points over the season, alongside rewards from completing events or challenges.

Players can earn up to 73 points from Winter / Dry Season completion rewards by winning challenges, events, PR Stunts, and monthly challenges listed in the Festival Playlist. Earning 59 points is required to complete the season.

Chapter 1: "New Year, New Porsche"
Own and drive the 1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6, a street legal racing car announced in January 1966. Like a lot of racing cars of its time, only around 50 were built.

The change from heavy steel to unstressed fibreglass gave the 1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6 better structural support but also helped with looks, making sure the paint job was even. Take a photo to show it off!

Chapter 3: "Hill Climber"
Its 2 liter, flat 6 engine was incredibly light and made it easy for the 1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6 to get up hills. Put the engine through its paces by driving to La Gran Caldera.

Chapter 4: "Tunneling Through"
The 1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6's body was tested in a wind tunnel, which allowed it to reach a top speed of 170 mph (274 km/h)! Test it in the tunnels of Guanajuato by Winning the Tunnel Run Street Race Event.
