Freeroaming Buddies is an achievement in the Xbox 360 version of Forza Horizon 2.

It can be unlocked by joining an Online Freeroam session with at least one friend.

Guide

To get this achievement, owning Xbox Live Gold (now Xbox Game Pass Core) is required.

To invite a friend for an Online Freeroam, the Player needs to select the Xbox button (Xbox logo) to get to the Xbox Guide, go to "Friends" tab, select a friend they want to invite and select "Send Invite". This will send an invite through Xbox Live.

Another way to complete this is to send an invite through the game. To send an invite through the game, the Player needs to press "Start" button, which will take them to the Pause Menu. After entering it, they need to press "RB" and navigate to the "Social" tab. In this tab, they need to select "Friends". There, the Player needs to choose a friend to invite and invite them via "Invite To Freeroam Session" option.

The achievement will unlock, when the other player joins.

This achievement cannot be unlocked anymore, because Forza Horizon 2 (both Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions) servers shut down on August 22, 2023.
