"GMC Jimmy, muy bien. I mean, Tío Oscar said his was a Chevy Blazer, but that's only because he thought it sounded better. I'll call in some transport."

The 1970 GMC Jimmy - abbreviated as "GMC K5 Jimmy" - is a front-engine, all-wheel drive truck manufactured by GMC.

It appears in Forza Horizon 5 as a barn find near Cascadas de Agua Azul.

It also appears in Forza Customs.

Synopsis[]

Developed as a contemporary to the first generation Chevrolet Blazer, the Jimmy was offered a high-tier and more luxurious alternative to the Blazer. Compared to the Blazer, the Jimmy is ultimately identical but has different body panels, lights, and badging.

Built to compete with the Ford Bronco and International Scout 800A, the K10 ladder chassis was shortened to create the K5 Blazer. It was larger than either of its competitors, offering both a mixture of off-road versatility and on-road carrying capacity.

It was only offered as an all-wheel drive model during its first year of sale in 1969, although a rear-wheel drive option was made available in 1970.
