"Sure, it looks like a pickup truck. But don’t try to haul anything except tail, because payload isn’t the Syclone’s strong suit. That’s because GMC conducted a sort of mad science experiment on the Syclone. Taking stock, decidedly un-sporting Sonomas off the line, they dropped a turbocharged V6 under the hood, and then bolted on a high-performance all-wheel drive system.[...] "—Official description[1]
The 1991 GMC Syclone is an AWD sport pickup truck by GMC featured in Forza Motorsport 4, Forza Motorsport 5, Forza Motorsport 6, Forza Horizon 3, and in Forza Horizon 4 since Update 28.
Synopsis
The GMC Syclone is a high-performance variant of the GMC Sonoma compact pickup truck that was only available for the 1991 model year in North America. Featuring an all-wheel drive and a turbocharged V6 engine with 280 hp (209 kW), the Syclone can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 4.6 seconds, making it one of the quickest accelerating cars of the 1990s.
As the Syclone was cancelled after the 1991 model year, with only 2995 units produced, GMC offered an SUV version known as the GMC Typhoon for the 1992 to 1993 model years.[2]
