Gaining Experience is an achievement in Forza Motorsport 6.

It can be unlocked by completing 100 laps in Multiplayer.

Guide

Similarly to other Online achievements, this achievement requires owning Xbox Live Gold (now Xbox Game Pass Core).

Unlocking this achievement did not require joining any Public Multiplayer lobbies, because it could be unlocked in Private Multiplayer (Solo or with a friend). The Player can set up any laps they wanted to do in a certain race. These 100 laps don't have to be done in one race. Completing 100 laps would unlock this achievement. The Player would also have 33% progress to unlock Devoted Racer achievement.

This achievement cannot be unlocked anymore, because the servers for Forza Motorsport 6 shut down.
