Horizon Outposts[]
Horizon outposts are points in the world that can be accessed to paint or upgrade cars, change cars, or participate in PR stunt events that will give the player a discount on the cost for fast travelling to that outpost. There are 10 outposts in the world that can be discovered for fast travelling between areas in Colorado, though at the cost of 10,000 Cr (if no PR stunts are completed).
