Hosted by founders of Hospital Records; Chris Goss and Tony "London Elektricity" Colman in Forza Horizon 2 through to Forza Horizon 4, it features drum and bass music from the record label of the same name.
Hospital Records Radio does not appear in the Xbox 360 release of Forza Horizon 2.
In Forza Horizon 2, "Nocturne" by Keeno is played at the title screen.
In Forza Horizon 3, "Constellations" (Forza Horizon 3 VIP Mix) by Fred V & Grafix plays during the prologue.
In Forza Horizon 4, "Sunrise" by Fred V & Grafix plays during the prologue and is separated into four parts; "Autumn", "Winter", "Spring", and "Summer".
The mix consisting of the four parts was added to Hospital Records Radio with the release of an update on April 18, 2019.
According to Grafix during a Reddit AMA, it is entirely up to Microsoft/Turn 10 to release the track.[3]
In Forza Horizon 4, Hospital Records Radio exclusively features a list of previously unreleased tracks under the label.
In Forza Horizon 5, "Route 174" by Metrik plays during the final part of the prologue; "Highway to Horizon".
In Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 5, if the player enables Streamer Mode, only songs from Hospital Records Radio will play.
