Hype Tour is a Horizon Story in Forza Horizon 4 consisting of nine chapters introduced with Update 10. The LEGO Speed Champions is required to access this content. The story is unlocked upon reaching level 4 of the Master Builder's House.
Keira Harrison, director of Horizon UK, says that LEGO Valley has been a smash hit, but people at Horizon UK are wondering if it is actually real, with most thinking they're "faking it with normal-sized LEGO"; one group of people that particularly peeves her is The Truthers, who are jet set on "exposing" everything as "fake" at LEGO Valley. She then sets out on a "PR blitz" to try to promote the island to get the festival-goers talking.
At the end of the event, Keira gleefully declares that they put LEGO Valley on the map, and then contemplates as to whether she'd be trying "this Master Builder thing" herself.
Chapters[]
REAL LEGO SENNA 100% NOT FAKE[]
"The LEGO Festival is gaining conspiracy status. A group of debunkers calling themselves "The Truthers" think we're doing it all with forced perspective or something. We need to show them this is REAL!"—Synopsis
- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Senna
On arrival, Keira tells the player that LEGO Valley has been a smash hit, but there are some who think otherwise; she then enlists the player to help her with her "all-out Speed Champions PR blitz" in an attempt to change the skeptics's minds, and introduces the player to their first car: the Speed Champions McLaren Senna, apparently "so obviously a toy it's not funny" according to their social media pages.
After getting into the Senna, the player has to drive to the Horizon Festival while keeping speed over 150 mph (241 km/h), with Keira telling the player to show the skeptics "how Horizon puts the Speed in Speed Champions". As they drive along, Keira tells the player that LEGO had sent over some "fact sheets" regarding how the car is constructed. After arriving at the festival, Keira says that she'll get the videos edited and published, where they'll then see what's "obviously a toy".

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione
On arrival, Keira thanks the player for coming back, before suggesting that they do their next event in a "different Speed Champions car". The player agrees and is ushered into their next car, a Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione, by Keira.
As Keira flags off, the player has 2 minutes to clock a certain speed at the Little Brickworth speed zone; as the player drives, Keira talks about another "fact sheet" LEGO had sent her, this time pertaining to the F40. After clocking a speed, Keira proclaims that it is impossible to fake speed like that.

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Senna
On arrival, Keira gleefully declares that the UK Festival boards are "lighting up" and the Truthers are beginning to doubt themselves, and asks the player if they're ready to "give them another push". She then ushers the player to their car: the Speed Champions McLaren Senna, stating it is the "just the LEGO Speed Champions racer for them to do it in".
As the player sets off with the Senna, Keira instructs the player to keep above 180 mph (290 km/h) for 15 seconds on Falcon Speedway. On arrival, Keira proclaims to the player that there were hundreds of people watching this act at the speedway, saying that that "even Horizon couldn't fake that".

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions Mini Cooper S Rally
On arrival, Keira asks the player if they're ready for the next event, because if they still think LEGO Valley is "just a bunch of toys", they take them down to the Super Mega Awesome Adventure Stunt Park for a show. Keira then introduces the player to their ride: the "decidedly not-miniature" Speed Champions MINI Cooper S, and then instructs the player to drive to the stunt park while she "handles the PR".
On arrival at the stunt park, Keira tells the player that they are going to need "something good to play with" when they're at the playground. As Keira flags off, the player has 3 minutes to achieve a certain amount of skill points, with Keira commenting on their progress at certain milestones; as they drive around, Keira reads off the fact sheets again before claiming she's getting "good PR shots" for this stunt. When time runs out, Keira says she'd get the photos uploaded before reading off the fact sheets again.

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione
On arrival, Keira tells the player that most festival-goers are now willing to accept that these Speed Champions cars drive like their real-life counterparts, but some are still skeptical, wanting proof that they "still smash like LEGO". She then ushers the player to drive to Brickshester in the Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione, and says that the player might need a crash helmet. As they drive along, Keira laments that she can now maybe see why some people feel that LEGO Valley isn't real.
On arrival at Brickchester, Keira flags off, the player has 1 minute and 40 seconds to achieve a certain amount of wreckage skills, with Keira commenting on their progress at certain milestones; as she flags the player off, Keira tells the player to bash up the place as "their skeptical fans demand it". When time runs out, Keira says that the stuff still "smashes like regular LEGO" despite being full-sized.

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions Mini Cooper S Rally
On arrival, Keira tells the player that they had received a comment from someone saying that the LEGO Horizon Festival was awesome and that they loved to use their LEGO sets to recreate famous movie scenes. Keira is struck by inspiration, and tells the player they could one-up this; by replicating the famed sewer run from the movie The Italian Job.
As the player sets off with the Mini, Keira instructs the player to drive to Brickchester through "a storm drain with your name on it". As the player drives through the storm drain, she talks about various anachronisms relating to the car compared to the movie's car, but says she didn't hear anyone complaining about the pedantries. On arrival, Keira asks the LEGO filmmakers what they thought of that.

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione
On arrival, Keira tells the player that more and more Horizon festival-goers were coming to the LEGO Horizon Festival, but that she wasn't done yet with the PR. Keira then instructs the player to get into the Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione to show "how a Speed Champions racer gets airborne".
As the player sets off with the Ferrari, Keira instructs the player to drive to the Stunt Park Overlook danger sign; as the player drives along, Keira wonders about the skeptics. As they approach the jump, Keira wonders why the skeptics still don't believe even though Horizon UK has been flying festival-goers to the LEGO Horizon Festival for weeks. As the player lands the jump in the Super Mega Awesome Adventure Stunt Park, Keira tells the skeptics that Speed Champions cars also fly.

- Car(s) used: LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Senna
On arrival, Keira tells the player that it is time for the PR campaign "to bring out the big guns", and says that she had planned a route threading right through the valley and brought back the Speed Champions McLaren Senna just for this, and all that she needed is a "full-scale driver". She then says that the most common complaint she had received was "scale speed", with skeptics claiming that these sorts of speeds were impossible in a full-sized LEGO car; she then asks the player to prove them wrong.
As Keira flags off, the player has 1 minute 40 seconds to reach the Horizon Festival while achieving a certain amount of awesome speed skills, with Keira commenting on their progress at certain milestones; as they set off, Keira tells the player to floor it to "silence the doubters once and for all". On arrival, Keira tells the player that their last PR stunt involving the Senna was the clincher, and now fans from Horizon UK are coming into LEGO Valley in droves. Keira then states that she has one more task for the player: "the victory lap", an elaborate PR stunt involving all three of the LEGO Speed Champions vehicles, and instructs them to get into the F40 first and drive to field just outside Brickchester. As they set off, Keira tells the player to "show these new believers what LEGO can do"; as the player drives, Keira waxes lyrical about the player and talks about how this was all done with a real driver without any tricks.
As the player gets out of the F40, Keira feels that the festival-goers seem to still be somewhat unconvinced, and instructs the player to get into the Mini. Keira then instructs the player to drive to a dirt road near the Super Mega Awesome Adventure Stunt Park; on arrival, she asks the crowd if they thought they could "fake driving like this".
Finally, the Senna is brought out, with Keira proclaiming to the crowd to believe and that it is real. Once the player gets into the Senna, the player is instructed by Keira to drive to the Falcon Speedway. On arrival at the Speedway, Keira proclaims that LEGO Valley has been put on the map, and begins to ponder as to whether she should try "this Master Builder thing" herself.
