The 1970 International Scout 800A - abbreviated as "IH Scout 800A" - is an off-roader by International.
It appears in Forza Horizon 3 as part of the Blizzard Mountain Expansion as a Barn Find and as standard in all subsequent Horizon series titles. It also appears in Forza Motorsport 7.
It is available as a Wheelspin prize in Forza Horizon 4.
Synopsis[]
Launched in November 1968, the Scout 800A is the replacement to the International Harvester Scout 800.
Improvements over the 800 include more creature comfort options, a restyled front end treatment, an upgraded drivetrain, including a heavier rear axle and quieter transfer case, and the options of either a 196 in³ (3.2 L; 3,211 cc) inline-4 engine, a 232 in³ (3.8 L; 3,802 cc) inline-6 engine, a 266 in³ (4.4 L; 4,359 cc) V8 engine, or a 304 in³ (5.0 L; 4,982 cc) V8 engine.[1]
The Forza rendition of the Scout 800A features the 5.0-liter V8 engine paired to a 4-speed manual transmission, producing 193 hp (144 kW) and 273 ft·lb (370 N·m) of torque.
