"A taxi service offering a unique proposition: an overpowered taxi, and an elite driver."
—Description

Isha's Taxis is a business consisting of ten chapters introduced with Update Five. The business is unlocked upon reaching player level 22, and can be purchased for 100,000 CR.

Set up by Isha Reddy who requires a business partner for the business, Joel recommends the player to Isha. Throughout the story, the player drives one of Isha's highly-modified Austin FX4 Taxis, picking up passengers and performing some requests along the way.

At the end of the event, Isha tells the player that Isha's Taxis is getting as busy as ever, however she is still sorely understaffed; she then tells the player that they don't need to do as much driving now, as "she'll handle from here".

Earning all thirty stars in the business awards the player with the Austin FX4 Taxi.

"NEW FARE:

DESTINATION: Horizon Festival
"
—Synopsis

At Isha's office, the player is told by Joel that they would drive while Isha handled clients, and they would "love the driving". Upon entering the car, Isha contacts the player over the phone talking about the premise of her taxi service and instructs the player to go to Ambleside to pick up their first passenger before introducing herself.

As they wait for their first passenger, Isha instructs the player to bring them to the Horizon Festival, commenting that "first impressions are important"; however, she is worried as to whether or not she had cleaned the taxi prior before reassuring herself. Their first passenger is an Australian man who had attended Horizon Australia; as the player drives along, the passenger waxes lyrical about the festival, along with showing a bias towards Horizon Australia, at least initially. On arrival, the passenger is shocked at how fast the ride took.

—Synopsis

At the office, Isha asks the player over the phone how their first fare went. On entering the car, Isha contacts the player talking about the premise of her taxi service and instructs the player to go to Ambleside to pick up their first passenger and fast.

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha worriedly tells the player that their next passenger is a taxicab driver from London, along with telling the player to not disagree with him. As their passenger embarks, the passenger snarkily remarks about the player's satnav and requests them to take him to Hythe House; as the player drives along, the passenger shows a heavy bias towards the London Taxi, as well as commenting on routes if the player does not follow a route he has in his head, and later comments about the amenities in the taxi. "NEW FARE:
PICKUP: Ambleside Village Centre
DESTINATION: Weslock Estate
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha laments to the player over the phone that their last passenger has left the taxi service a negative review, with "way too fast, reckless driving, no conversation" cited as the reasoning. However, she later says that regardless of the negative review demand of the service had not lessened. She then instructs the player to reach the Ambleside village center, while commenting that she had let "a young man named Jaimin" make some changes to the car to increase efficiency, because "he seemed like a nice guy"; admittedly, she did not know what those changes were, so she asks the player to let her know if there were any differences.

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha worriedly tells the player that their next passenger wants a driver who can "drive like crazy". Their next passenger is a British lady who wanted to go to Weslock Estate near Derwentwater for the afterparty after her first day and night at Horizon UK; as the player drives along, she comments about the bad review, and states she was hoping to get them as their driver before waxing lyrical about the festival. As they close in on Weslock Estate, the passenger contacts her friend on the phone talking about her driver. On arrival, the passenger states she would give the player a five-star review, and would go higher if the system would allow.

Rain Check[]

"NEW FARE:
PICKUP: Forest Road
DESTINATION: Broadway
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha laments that even though business was booming and that she could hire someone else to help with the fares and passengers, this would "free her up to panic about something else". She then instructs the player to reach the forest road near the Horizon Festival.

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha tells the player she had uploaded the fastest route to the passenger's destination on their satnav. Their next passenger is a Welsh lady who wants to go to Broadway, who comments that she is just dirtying their taxi as she is soaking wet; as the player drives along, she asks the player if they like the rain, and that where she's from they get rained on frequently but yet are still surprised when it happens. On arrival, the passenger states she would have a cup of tea and take a long bath, and asks the player to go and enjoy the rain as she's "glad it's fun for someone".

"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha states to the player over the phone that Joel insists on doing advertising for the company despite the company already bringing in more passengers that they could possibly handle. The player is then instructed to drive to the Festival in their car. As they drive along, Isha receives a text message from Joel telling her that he ran "a cross-promotion contest with his World's Fastest label to give away the quickest taxi ride in Horizon history".

As they wait at the Festival, their next passenger is revealed: a male American Festival-goer with a sterotypical Redneck accent who loves drag racing, and requests the player to blast their taxi down the drag strip. After triggering the speed trap, the passenger heartily thanks the player, and says that he'll tell his family about this, but "not for a while though" as "he ain't finished with the Festival yet".

"NEW FARE:
PICKUP: Derwent Water Road
DESTINATION: Greendale
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha states to the player over the phone that she is relieved to finally have a simple fare; their passenger's car had broken down and they needed a ride home. She then instructs the player to drive to Derwentwater to pick up the passenger and that the pickup should feel like "a nice lazy holiday" after the previous one.

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha tells the player that they need not worry about their passenger's car as she had already contacted a breakdown service to pick it up, before lamenting about her broken photocopier. Their next passenger is a British lady who wants to go to Greendale, who quizzically comments if the player knew her car was going to break down before she did as they had arrived that quickly; as the player drives along, she begins questioning whether the car was sentient and was working against her. On arrival, the passenger states she she might "keep Isha's Taxis on speed dial and get rid of the car".

"NEW FARE:
PICKUP: Sudmoss House
DESTINATION: Cotswolds
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha asks to the player over the phone what they thought of their last fare, but not to tell her as "there was no time". She then instructs the player to go to Sudmoss House near Ambleside to pick up their next passenger, thinking that their next passenger might be heading into town as their pickup location "is a bit rural".

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha remarks that their passenger did not appear to want to go into town, as their destination "is in the middle of nowhere as well", before asking the player to be careful to not damage the taxi going cross country. Their next passenger is an elderly Welsh farmer who wants to go to the Cotswolds as his tractor is "on the brink"; claiming he knows "every blade of grass on the farm", he instructs the player to take his shortcut. On arrival, the passenger apologizes for the bumpy route and states that there may have been a few blades of grass he may not have been familiar with.

You Can't Handle the Drift[]

"NEW FARE:
PICKUP: Mortimer Gardens
DESTINATION: Also Mortimer Gardens? Must check this...
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha angrily tells the player over the phone that their next passenger had been waiting at the pickup area for about 20 minutes, and that just because they're "overeager" is no excuse for them being late. She then instructs to the player to go to Mortimer Gardens, but wonders about there being no destination or route.

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha exasperatedly remarks to the player that she hopes that "this isn't one of those funny ones who doesn't actually need to go anywhere, but just wants them to do some sort of ridiculous stunt", blaming Joel for this. Their next passenger is a Welsh lady who states she doesn't actually need to go anywhere, but states to the player that they have reputation as a "boss driver" and wants them to impress her by drifting around Mortimer Gardens.

As the passenger flags off, the player has 3 minutes to achieve a certain amount of skill points, with the passenger commenting on their progress at certain milestones. After time runs out, the passenger says she made "a fool of herself" and apologizes for what she did to get them down here just to experience their driving, before commenting that it was "some proper wild driving".

PICKUP: Festival
DESTINATION: Royal Mile, Edinburgh
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha angrily tells the player over the phone that while they "were literally spinning their wheels", they had been trying to run "an actual passenger service", before admitting that her taxi service would come to a standstill without them. She then apologizes and tells the player to get back to basics: "taking people from Point A to Point B very, very quickly". She then instructs the player to go to the Festival, where their next passenger would be.

As they wait for their next passenger, Isha remarks about her passenger "sounding absolutely lovely" despite having only spoken to her for a little while; she states that she wants to visit her sister. Their next passenger is a middle-aged lady who wants to visit her sister in the Edinburgh suburbs coming from a family of avid watchers of motor racing, and requesting the player to "put their foot down for her".

As they set off, the player has 5 minutes to reach Edinburgh while achieving a certain amount of speed skills, with the passenger commenting on their progress at certain milestones. After arriving at Edinburgh, the passenger thanks the player and tells her that she can't want to tell her sister that she sat in a real race car, claiming she'd remark that it was a taxi but only the passenger and the player knew the true story.

The Big One[]

"NEW FARE:

DESTINATION: Pssngrs will give destn
"
—Synopsis

At the office, Isha tells the player over the phone that she had been working on a new business idea: a high-speed luxury limousine service, and had acquired a limousine from Jaimin for the business, although she later admits that she probably should have asked the player first "since they'll have to do the driving".

As they set off in the highly-modified Cadillac limousine, the player is given a route by Ambleside to pick up their first passenger in this group charter. On arrival, Isha remarks that she has set the next stop for their player to go to. Their first passenger is revealed; a man named Jess, who is a member of a 5-piece comedy troupe. The player then picks up the remaining members of the troupe: a man named Charlie, another man named Harry, a lady named Poppy and a man in a chicken suit named Jack, in that order. As they drive along picking up the members of the troupe, they tell each other corny jokes they came up with for the Festival, bicker about said jokes and complaining they can't come up with anything as "they'll get laughed off the stage". On picking up Jack, their destination is revealed: a comedy club in Edinburgh, and the player is instructed to drive there.

On reaching the venue, Isha contacts the player by phone, saying that they are about to go nationwide; with business booming, she admits she is sorely understaffed, but tells the player that they'll not have to do as much driving now as "she'll manage from here".

He added that Isha "sounded relieved on the phone", which is "pretty major" if they got to know her better, and said that he'd call the player up if she needed to get in touch again.
