LaRacer @ Horizon is a Horizon Story in Forza Horizon 4 consisting of ten chapters. The story is unlocked upon reaching player level 40.
LaRacer, a famous vlogger from the Americas, has traveled down to the Horizon festival in the United Kingdom to recount her top ten favorite cars in video games, with assistance from the player.
Earning all thirty stars in the Horizon Story awards the player with the Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport.

LaRacer excitedly begins her livestream by saying she's at the Horizon festival and that she'll be counting down her top ten favorite cars in video games in daily livestreams, and that she's enlisted "one of the biggest rising stars at the Horizon festival" (the player) to help. She then reveals her number ten car: the Ferrari Testarossa from Out Run, and then asks those who haven't played Out Run to go pause her video, play it and then come back.
As LaRacer flags off, the player has to reach the Moorhead Wind Farm within a certain time; after arriving at the wind farm, LaRacer remarks that she is jealous that the player got to drive that, but her subscribers "loved watching" the player drive and that she'd been fielding various questions and comments throughout the drive.

Post-completion[]
Post-completion, Joel contacts the player, saying that the player had already received a million views on at least some of the various videos they had made with LaRacer, and tells them to expect a callback. He later quizzically remarks that a perfect driver rating on an app or Horizon challenge is one thing, but achieving a perfect rating on the Internet is a whole other level altogether.
