"Bringing a legend into the 21st century is no easy task, however if anyone can make is one of Italy’s best car makers ever. Lamborghini decided to celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of their elite supercars with the 2021 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4. In one of the coolest tricks we have seen to modernize a vintage icon, Lamborghini made the new Countach a hybrid supercar that puts out aproximately 802 bhp at the tips of your fingers. This upgraded machine appears to have been built to make your friends jealous as only 112 units were ever made. Each one of those pieces includes an astonishing 6.5-liter V12 engine capable of teleporting you from 0-100 kmh in just 2.8 seconds. Jump into the future with Lambo here to replace your childhood posters."—Official description[1]
The 2021 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 - abbreviated as "L. Countach '21" - is a mid-engine, all-wheel drive sports car manufactured by Lamborghini.
It appears in Forza Horizon 5 as part of Series 34.
Synopsis[]
Unveiled on August 14, 2021, it is inspired and named after the original Countach, which was first introduced 50 years prior. 112 units are planned to be produced with the figure referring to the LP 112 model designation used during development of the original Countach[2]
It shares its underpinnings and mechanicals with the Sián FKP 37 which was unveiled in 2019. Based on the hybridized powertrain from the Sián FKP 37, it uses the same carbon-fiber monocoque along with the same mild hybrid powertrain with a slightly decreased combined output of 808 hp (603 kW) and 556 ft·lb (754 N·m) of torque.[3]
Lamborghini claims it is capable of accelerating from 0 to 62 mph (0–100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds, 0 to 124 mph (0–200 km/h) in 8.6 seconds, and reach a top speed of 221 mph (356 km/h).[4][5]
