"The 2020 Lamborghini Sián Roadster is the Italian manufacturer's first open-top hybrid supercar to feature a supercapacitor. With electrified intensity, the incomparable 800-horsepower V12 that powers the Sián Roadster is at the top of its class. It’s the most powerful Lamborghini engine yet, capable of 217mph, while its unique and innovative use of a supercapacitor takes hybrid technology to the next level. It also has futuristic design features, such sculptured contours, distinct aero wings and aluminum details painted in Oro Electrum, a special type of gold paint chosen by Lamborghini to indicate their hybrid cars. It all comes together for an incredible all-wheel-drive supercar built with meticulous attention to detail, very fine materials and an ultralight body. It even has unique interior accents celebrating the very first Lamborghini Miura. While only 19 models are planned for the real world, the Horizon Festival has ensured that everyone who feels the holiday spirit over the coming series might just find the 2020 Lamborghini Sián Roadster under their garage’s festive tree in Forza Horizon 5."—Official description[1]
The 2020 Lamborghini Sián Roadster is a mid-engine, all-wheel drive sports car manufactured by Lamborghini.
It appears in Forza Horizon 5 as part of Series 15.
Synopsis[]
In July 2020, Lamborghini unveiled the convertible roadster variant of the Sián FKP 37 as the Sián Roadster.[2] It was launched in a new colour, "Uranus Blue", and is limited to 19 units, all of which had been already sold prior to its launch. Mechanically, the Roadster is similar to the coupe: retaining the same engine and the supercapacitor hybrid system.[3] At the rear, it features 3D printed carbon fibre air vents, on which owners can add their initials to make each example unique.[4]
Based on the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, the Sián FKP 37 shares its engine with the SVJ variant of the Aventador, but an electric motor is integrated into the gearbox adding 34 hp (25 kW) to the power output. Other modifications to the engine include the addition of titanium intake valves, a reconfigured ECU, and a new exhaust system raising the power output to 774 hp (577 kW). The total power output is 808 hp (603 kW), making the Sián the most powerful production Lamborghini.
The engine is connected to a 7-speed automated manual transmission[5] and employs an electronically controlled all-wheel-drive system with a rear mechanical self-locking differential for improved handling.[6]
