The 2005 Lotus Elise 111S is a MR roadster by Lotus that appears in every Motorsport main title except Forza Motorsport 5, as well as Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Horizon 4 as a Wheelspin prize.

Synopsis

The Series 2 Lotus Elise debuted in 2001 to replace the S1 Elise, which was developed to comply with new European safety regulations. Its development was funded by General Motors, who wanted to use the car's platform for the Opel Speedster and Vauxhall VX220.[1]

The Elise 111S is an early model of the S2 Elise fitted with a 1.8 liter Rover K-Series engine. It was discontinued in 2005 and replaced by the 111R, which received a Toyota-sourced 1.8 liter engine.
