The 2023 Lotus Emira - abbreviated as "Lotus Emira '23" - is a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive sports car by Lotus.
It appears in Forza Horizon 5 as part of the Horizon Racing Car Pack and in Forza Motorsport (2023).
Synopsis[]
Replacing the Elise, Evora and Exige, the Emira was unveiled at Lotus' headquarters in Hethel, Norfolk, England on July 6th 2021 and at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on July 8th 2021, with a GT4 race variant revealed shortly after. It started production on March 2022[2].
It is intended to be the brand's final vehicle powered by an internal combustion engine.
Performance[]
The Emira comes with a 3.5-liter supercharged V6 engine by Toyota and either a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission, producing 400 hp (298 kW) and 320 ft·lb (434 N·m) of torque.
A 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 engine variant with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission was also produced.
