Synopsis[]
Lynk & Co (pronounced "link and co") is a Sino-Swedish automotive brand owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. Launched in Gothenburg, Sweden, their cars are targeted at a younger demographic with the main focus of the models being on internet connectivity and innovative purchasing models.
Their models tend to have a numerical model designation and the company uses a direct-to-consumer sales model in most markets, with cars ordered directly by their buyers and customized using equipment packages, either online or via a retail outlet or channel.
The company's first three cars; the 01, 02 and 03, were unveiled at the 2017 Auto Shanghai show and have since been exported to other countries.
