"Create your own weather forecast in Freeplay"—Achievement Description
Making It Rain is an achievement in Forza Motorsport 7.
It can be unlocked by creating their own weather forecast in Free Play.

In Free Play, race parameters can be manipulated, including weather type. If the weather is Rain, there are three scenario timeframes that can use multiple scenarios, all of which can repeat and have a probability rated from 0% to 100%. Creating any type of weather forecast with any of these parameters changed will unlock this achievement.
