"The AMG models before this one were not known for being terribly driver-friendly. That’s why the 2018 E63 model, a successor to the previous 6.3L engine version, is such an exception. Its automatic four-wheel drive was intended to make it the most accessible version of this line to date, following a lineage of rear-wheel drive manual versions. It’s not the most powerful car in its class, but the efficiency with which it uses its available power makes it an incredible performer."—Official description[1]
The 2018 Mercedes-AMG E 63 S - abbreviated as "Mercedes-AMG E 63" or "M-AMG E 63 '18"[2] - is an all-wheel drive super saloon by Mercedes-AMG.
It appears in Forza Horizon 4 since Update 21 and all subsequent main series titles.
Synopsis[]
The 2018 Mercedes-AMG E 63 S is the high-performance model of the fifth generation E-Class (codenamed W213). It began production in 2017 to replace the 2013 Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG, and received a facelift in 2020.
Drivetrain[]
The 4.0L M177 engine produces 603 hp (450 kW) from 5750 to 6500 rpm and 626 ft·lb (849 N·m) of torque from 2500 to 4500 rpm, making the E 63 S the second most powerful super saloon in Forza after the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé, which has 630 hp (470 kW) and a slightly higher torque figure.[3]
Brabus 800[]
The Mercedes-AMG E63 is the basis for the Brabus 800, a modified version made by Brabus, the world's largest independent Mercedes-Benz tuner. In game, the car can be fitted with a Brabus front bumper, rear bumper, spoiler, and wheels to make it look like this car.
