Rami is an employee of the Horizon festival in Mexico, coordinating Festival expeditions; he reports directly to Haley according to a line of dialogue. Rami is a highly enthusiastic, slightly portly young man who is one of the player's closest associates during the festival. He is a cousin of Alejandra and Juan.
Under the cover of night, Rami also runs the Horizon Street Scene in Mexico under the alias "El Jefe" (lit. "the chief"). In addition to being an accomplished racer, Rami is also a skilled pilot. Rami is also responsible for the creation of the various routes around the festival for the various racing series.
