The Specialty Dealer is a special car menu in Forza Motorsport 7 that allows players to purchase exclusive cars. Its selection is rotated weekly every Wednesday at 00:00:00 (UTC).
Cars from the Specialty Dealer come with 10% higher Collection Tier values (e.g. a car that normally has a score of +2,250 will instead award +2,475), 15% higher prices than normal (e.g. a Specialty Dealer car with a normal price of 850,000 CR will be sold for 977,500 CR), and homologated performance.
Since the October 3, 2017 update, every Specialty Dealer car bought by the player features a Production Run tag that shows its purchase number out of all purchases of the player base and its date of purchase.
Starting with the February 7, 2018 to February 13, 2018 rotation, players can vote for certain cars to appear in the next rotation through Twitter.
