"Debuting at the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show, the TAMO Racemo, is Indian car maker Tata’s entry into the sports car market. The Racemo is a mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive two-seater that offers exciting performance at an affordable price. That performance is found in the 188 hp, turbo-charged, 1.2-liter three-cylinder Revotron motor, matched with a lithe curb weight that is borne of composite and aluminum construction components. The result is a power-to-weight ratio that is ideal for tackling your favorite course or track either solo or with friends. This halo Racemo model is a limited production run of 250 vehicles. Want to get a feel for what this economical exotic is all about? There is no better way than with an enthusiastic spin in the world of Forza."
—Official description[1]

The 2017 Tamo Racemo - abbreviated as "Tamo Racemo '17" - is a rear-wheel drive sports car by Tamo.

It appears in Forza Horizon 3 as a gift from the Message Center on March 7, 2017. It also appears in Forza Motorsport 7 as a Forzathon reward and in Forza Horizon 4.

Synopsis[]

The Racemo was an Indian sports car by Tata Motors under their Tamo sub-brand. It debuted at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show.[2] It was intended to be limited to 250 units, but due to "aggressive cost-cutting" measures enacted, the Tamo brand was shelved around August 2017 and the Racemo ultimately canceled.[3]

The Racemo was to feature a 1.2L (1,199 cc) turbocharged Revotron 3-cylinder engine pumping out 188 hp (140 kW) and 155 ft·lb (210 N·m) of torque. The car was made out of composite and aluminum components, weighing 2293 lb (1040 kg) and giving the car a power-to-weight ratio of 181 hp (135 kW) per tonne.

The Racemo was built on Tata's new MOFlex platform with MMS structure technology.
