Teagan is a member of the Born Fast Crew and is the fifth opponent the player faces against in the Horizon Story of the same name. She is a stereotypical spoilt rich woman from Australia whose parents profited greatly from Australia's mining industry. She attempted to purchase Horizon Australia using her mother's income from mining, but this purchase fell through when festival manager Keira Harrison told her that the Horizon Boss job was "not available"; Teagan took this poorly and sulks whenever Keira is mentioned and subsequently joined the Born Fast Crew out of spite.
The crew's leader, Tristan Westfield-Bourne, has attempted to coax her out of remembering this incident a number of times to no avail for she keeps harping on this. She races the player, being initially dismissive of their ability, stating it isn't "a social call"; despite using the best of her abilities she gets beaten by the player in a Mazda MX-5. Her reaction to being beaten is to sulk loudly, with Tristan, showing a rare side of him, advising her to forget her past and clear her head.
