This achievement is unlocked by completing two first races, one against Darius Flynt, and the other one against other drivers when going to the festival. You don't have to win the first one, and on the second one the Player can finish the event at their own pace, even though it appears to be race in which the player needs to arrive at the Festival before other drivers do. When the Player finishes the second race, the achievement will unlock.
