Wiesmann is a German car manufacturer that appears in Forza Motorsport 3 and Forza Motorsport 4.
Synopsis[]
"The company was founded in 1988 by German brothers Martin and Friedhelm Wiesmann, whose childhood dream was to design a tailor-made car that they had developed themselves. Each car is built by hand at the manufacturing plant in Dülmen, Germany. Using in-house blueprints, about 100 employees participate in the manufacturing process: Highly competent specialists in the departments of development, plastic and metal works, electronics, tannery and the production line work together in a building designed like the company’s logo: a gecko – because Wiesmann cars 'stick to the road like geckos stick to the wall.' Every single Wiesmann car is designed to be totally unique and an expression of its owner's lifestyle and personality. In 2007, Wiesmann introduced the 507 horsepower BMW V10-powered GT MF 5. It delivers a top speed of 191 mph and can accelerate from a standstill to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds. Only 55 of these limited edition sports cars will be produced."—Official description[1]
