William is a member of the Born Fast Crew and is the fourth opponent the player faces against in the Horizon Story of the same name. He is the self-proclaimed "best racer in the whole of North or South America" who designed "a whole system" for racing and is described as "quite a character" by Jaimin. He is notably quite laid back and speaks with a stereotypical heavy American accent; despite his laid-back attitude he is very capable when it comes to wheeling a car around. Despite his best efforts, the player manages to beat him in a race in a Lexus LFA; his reaction is one of shock and horror, requesting that they "don't put this on his record".
