"A hypercar Rental service in Edinburgh, with some truly incredible cars in the catalog."
—Description

World's Fastest Rentals is a business consisting of ten chapters. The business is unlocked upon reaching player level 21, and can be purchased for 100,000 CR.

Joel Carter has the idea of setting up a hypercar rental service in Horizon UK. He eventually decides on Edinburgh, deeming it "the perfect place"; however, he needs a business partner to help test out the cars before they are sent out for rental.

At the end of the event, Joel tells the player that they can stop by at the showroom any time to say hi or to take one of the cars out for a spin.

Earning all thirty stars in the Horizon Story awards the player with the Zenvo ST1.

He then instructs the player to take it down to the Festival "and let everyone there know it has arrived".

As the player drives the Senna off to the festival, Joel tells the player they can "open it up, bask in the glory", but if they damage the car in any way they are going to be held accountable. As the car speeds by the countryside, Joel tells the player that she had already phoned Keira, and that throngs of Festival-goers have flocked to the Festival to catch a glimpse of the car.

As the player closes in on the festival, Joel states that while he has a dozen more clients on the wait list, "nothing they drive is going to top that thing" and that they are free to retire if they wanted. Just outside the Festival, Joel reminds the player to floor it as they wanted to prove they were the World's Fastest; the Delta Grey Senna flies through the Festival to rapturous applause. Shortly after, Joel phones the player to say that they did it, and they could come down to the showroom to visit him any time or to take the cars out for a spin.
